Tell us your departure deadline and expected receiving date. Identify whether the entire shipment or selected belongings need storage. If the final address is unknown, disclose that before pickup so the quote can identify assumptions and possible changes.
Confirm the offered arrangement
Ask about the facility/provider, permitted goods, environmental conditions, customer access and coverage during storage. These vary by arrangement. We do not make an unsupported claim here about ownership, climate control or security systems; obtain the details of the proposed service in writing.
Include delivery out in the plan
Keep essentials outside storage and maintain a numbered inventory. Ask how an extension or retrieval is arranged. Share the final property’s access and reserve any elevator before requesting release. Confirm intake, storage and redelivery charges together.
Bridge the gap between moving dates
Explain when you must leave the origin property and when the destination becomes available. Ask whether the proposed arrangement is self-access or managed storage, how belongings are recorded and what access is possible during the interval. Identify anything you may need before final delivery so it can be kept outside the stored shipment. Confirm storage duration, extension charges, handling, protection terms and re-delivery in writing. Availability and facility conditions should be checked for your specific arrangement.
