Start with the destination and shipment
International moving is broader than one transport method. Tell the team the origin and destination countries, household size, inventory and possession dates. Our published service pages focus on Canada and Canada–USA moves. For a destination beyond those routes, contact the office to review availability and responsibilities before booking; this page does not promise an overseas network, shipping mode or destination service.
Clarify the work at each end
Ask who packs, collects, transports, handles any transfer and delivers the goods. Identify exclusions and any separate providers in the written proposal. Confirm how storage, destination access and later changes are handled. Keep your personal travel and entry requirements separate from the goods shipment. Do not assume a household form for one country applies to another country. Verify import requirements with the actual receiving authority.

Prepare a useful international enquiry
Send a room-by-room inventory, special-item information and photographs of difficult building access. Include dates that are fixed and those that can change. State whether you need packing, storage or an authorised receiving person. The office can then review the requested scope rather than issuing an assumption-based proposal. Keep sensitive identity and immigration documents out of the initial form and agree a secure document process when needed.
